Sale order review, budgeting, planning, & scheduling of job orders in SAP.

Organize regular kick off / Interface meetings with internal stake holders and escalate the project issues / concerns for timely resolution by internal project teams.

Co-ordination with client for the approval of technical documents like QAP, process sheet, Drawings etc and ensuring timely receipt of approved documents.

Monitor, control and direct all aspects of activities for the execution of nominated project scope to achieve completion within defined budgetary and time delivery targets.

Handing over formalities with customer and Project closure.

Co-ordination with client / customers regarding project progress, project planning / scheduling, resolution or areas of concerns and technical issues.

Ensure that specific project requirements and procedures are communicated to all parties, team members, sub-contractors, etc., and that all activities are coordinated to ensure meeting the common project objectives.

Analyze delays in Procurement of Critical and Long Lead items.

Maintain Checklist for Readiness of various Project Activities.

Advise to the management on any deviations from authorized project schedule in a manner as to best effect recovery to original plan.

Monitor and expedite logistics supports for on time delivery of project materials

Planning for billing and dispatch of products with suitable documents.

Final technical and commercial documents submission and payment follow-up
