Assistant Manager - Manufacturing Engineering

Support Production department to achieve the target

Provide support to optimize, standardize and deploy lean principles and practices.

Determine best practices and provide support in developing and deploying kaizen.

Develop and implement an annual operations excellence plan for process control, cost out opportunities and overall execution.

Plan & improve operational efficiency and support to production department to achieve the target.

Design the process for identifying functional training needs for Shift In-Charges / Supervisors & Engineers.

Implement Lean Manufacturing concept, Kanban system & Continue process improvement and provide training for the same.

Plan the production in order to execute the monthly production target and Project Schedule.

Implement 5S, Six Sigma, TPM & TQM

Effective utilization of man power with maximum efficiency.

Ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the time frame and cost parameters mutually agreed with the Management

Compliance to Safety, Statutory Regulations, Quality Management Systems, IMS Procedures & good housing in the plant.

Work on cost saving through value analysis / value engineering

To create and follow all necessary indicators to evaluate the manufacturing process for continuous improvement practice such as LEAN management and SIX Sigma.

Reduce the rework and rejection by applying the various tools & process
