About The Role

The Head of UXBERT Academy is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing

learning programs that enhance skills and knowledge across UX, CX, and digital transformation.

This role ensures high-quality training experiences, effective learner outcomes, and operational

excellence in all learning initiatives.

1. Curriculum & Program Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training programs for UXBERT
  • audiences.
  • Create engaging learning materials, toolkits, and case studies based on real project
  • experiences and industry best practices.
  • Develop and integrate learning materials related to AI, emerging technologies, and their
  • applications in UX/CX.
  • Ensure content aligns with learner needs, current market trends, and organizational
  • standards.
  • Establish evaluation criteria, learning standards, and certification frameworks.

2. Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Conduct workshops, masterclasses, and training sessions for diverse audiences.
  • Represent the department at major conferences, panels, and workshops, demonstrating
  • strong communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training is practical, actionable, and aligned
  • with organizational processes.
  • Monitor learner engagement, understanding, and outcomes, and implement
  • improvements as needed.

3. Operational Management

  • Oversee training logistics, enrollment, certification, and reporting processes.
  • Develop workflows for instructor management and learner support.
  • Maintain operational quality, efficiency, and consistency across all training initiatives.

4. Team Leadership & Development

  • Mentor, and manage a team of trainers and coordinators.
  • Foster a collaborative, professional learning environment.
  • Support ongoing professional development and performance management for training
  • staff.
  • **Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX/UI
  • Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training design, delivery, and curriculum management.
  • Professional certifications in UX, CX, Design Thinking, Service Design, AI or Learning &
  • Development are a strong plus.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing a team and operational processes in a learning environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver impactful learning solutions.
