The Opportunity
The role owns the product vision and a complete ground-up redesign of the Mudir Amali PA platform.
The interface, brand identity, and user journey must meet a highly polished premium standard for VIP users.
The successful candidate will first redesign the platform directly, then build and lead a design team.
Responsibilities
- Own all UI, UX, and brand decisions for the platform.
- Audit the existing system and design a sophisticated, intuitive, and frictionless VIP user experience.
- Create a modern premium brand language and scalable design system.
- Work with engineering to ensure designs are translated efficiently into the product architecture.
- Build the design culture and eventually hire, train, and manage a world-class design team.
Candidate Profile
- Operate with high autonomy by identifying problems, proposing solutions, and executing them.
- Apply systems thinking to convert complex data and workflows into refined user experiences.
- Bring a strong portfolio covering end-to-end product design, complete system redesigns, and premium brand development.
- Have the strategic mindset to build a department and shape the future of the product.
