Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize Ektifa’s Supply Chain function by developing strategies, managing procurement, logistics, warehousing, and supplier relationships.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Supply Chain strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with Ektifa’s objectives.
- Manage the Supply Chain function’s budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Establish performance tracking frameworks and KPIs to measure Supply Chain effectiveness.
- Develop procurement frameworks, supplier qualification processes, and governance standards.
- Oversee procurement activities, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
- Lead logistics operations, optimize transportation networks, and improve delivery efficiency.
- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock optimization across all entities.
- Monitor Supply Chain performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor the Supply Chain team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance Supply Chain capabilities.
- Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall Supply Chain performance.
