- Lead, mentor, and develop high performing supply chain teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Master's Degree or MBA preferred
- Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, CIPS, APICS, CPIM, or Lean Six Sigma highly desirable

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
- Build a resilient and scalable supply chain capable of supporting business growth.
Procurement & Strategic Sourcing
- Lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities for direct and indirect materials.
- Develop supplier sourcing strategies and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Evaluate supplier performance and establish long term strategic partnerships.
- Ensure procurement compliance with company policies and governance standards.
Planning & Inventory Management
- Oversee demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization.
- Improve forecast accuracy and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Minimize stock shortages, excess inventory, and obsolete materials.
- Monitor inventory turnover and working capital utilization.
Logistics & Warehousing
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Optimize transportation, freight, and warehouse performance.
- Ensure timely product availability and on time customer deliveries.
- Monitor logistics costs and service level performance.
Operations & Process Improvement
- Lead supply chain digital transformation initiatives.
- Improve operational processes using Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Develop and monitor supply chain KPIs and dashboards.
- Implement automation and best practices to improve efficiency.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and third party service providers.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions proactively and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop business continuity and supply chain risk management strategies.
- Monitor supplier compliance with quality, ESG, and ethical sourcing standards.
Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop high performing supply chain teams.
- Drive employee engagement, succession planning, and capability development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's Degree or MBA is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, CIPS, APICS, CPIM, or Lean Six Sigma are highly desirable.
