Head of Service Project Management - Middle East & Asia Pacific

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Own the regional project backlog and convert orders into revenue while meeting business commitments.
• Drive revenue, EBIT, cash collection, on-time delivery, project delivery, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Provide governance for planning, risk management, resource allocation, and execution across the project portfolio.
• Act as the primary executive customer contact and coordinate execution activities across Siemens Energy businesses.
• Improve processes, governance, lead times, costs, delivery performance, documentation, and project profitability.
• Lead and develop the regional Service Project Manager team through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in service operations, project management, order execution, or industrial businesses.
• Demonstrated leadership responsibility and a record of delivering commercial, operational, customer, and financial results.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in project risk, profitability, claims, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, relationship-building, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally; additional regional languages are advantageous.
• MBA or equivalent leadership experience is highly desirable.
