The role supports Siemens Energy's Asia-Pacific and India Real Estate team and works directly with the Head of Real Estate.
The position contributes to projects involving corporate real estate, project management, business analytics, and executive communications.
The role provides exposure to strategic initiatives affecting workplaces across multiple countries.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Transform complex data into insights, dashboards, and management reports for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate on regional projects, improve processes, and support operational excellence across Asia-Pacific and India.
- Develop presentations and management materials for senior leaders.
- Conduct research on real estate topics and maintain data quality in internal systems and repositories.
- Compile standard operational reports for the region.
- Track tasks and deadlines for regional initiatives.
- Organize materials for team meetings and workshops.
- Prepare and format PowerPoint presentations according to corporate standards.
Relevant Skills and Domains
- Relevant areas include real estate, facility management, architecture, civil engineering, project coordination, reporting, Power BI, and data management.
- Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, are required.
- Experience with Power BI, AI tools, or data visualization is a plus.
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program.
- Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- No prior professional experience is required.
- Interest in corporate real estate or a related business field.
- Availability to work part-time for a temporary duration of six months.
Team Collaboration
- The direct team is distributed across Asia-Pacific and India and collaborates remotely while maintaining local responsibilities.
- The role may offer flexible or remote work options after successful onboarding, subject to company arrangements.
