Summary
The Head of Security is responsible for the overall security strategy, management, and operations of the platform.
This role focuses on ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of platform data and services through robust security protocols, threat detection, and mitigation strategies.
The Head of Security will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to manage security risks, enforce compliance, and lead incident response efforts.
Education
:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.
CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certification is mandatory.
Skills & Competencies
:
Strong expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, threat detection, incident management, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
Experience
- :
- Minimum 15 years in a senior security management role, with a focus on platform security, risk management, and incident response.
