The Opportunity This role is responsible for developing and executing the global sales strategy for DTC's Unmanned Systems (UXV) portfolio, driving order intake and revenue growth across defence, law enforcement, government and strategic industrial markets. The Head of Sales – UXV will lead business development activities, manage strategic customer relationships, and oversee the identification, development and capture of new business opportunities for DTC's secure communications, data link and networking solutions across unmanned aerial (UAV), ground (UGV) and surface (USV) platforms.

Experience / Skills
• Significant experience in a senior sales leadership or business development role within defence, aerospace, secure communications, electronic warfare, C4ISR, unmanned systems or related technology sectors. • Proven track record of securing high-value international defence and government contracts. • Experience developing and executing sales strategies across multiple international markets. • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles involving military, government and prime contractor customers. • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing commercial teams. • Strong commercial, financial and contractual awareness. • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. • Strong understanding of unmanned systems (UAV, UGV and USV) and associated operational environments. • Knowledge of secure wireless communications, RF technologies, tactical data links and networking solutions. • Experience with tactical military communications, MANET mesh networking, ISR systems and beyond-line-of-sight communications is highly desirable. • Understanding of defence procurement processes and export-controlled technologies. • Familiarity with defence systems integration and platform interoperability.
