Role Overview

  • Seeking an experienced and results driven Head of Sales to lead ITHR's global revenue growth initiatives.
  • Responsible for defining and executing sales strategy, driving enterprise customer acquisition, building strategic partnerships, and scaling a high performing sales organization.
  • Ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with strong background in enterprise SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute ITHR's global sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Identify new market opportunities, industry verticals, and revenue channels.
  • Establish and manage sales forecasts, pipeline metrics, and performance reporting.
  • Own and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Build relationships with senior decision makers, including C level executives.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales engagements involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement account based sales strategies for key target accounts.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high performing sales team.
  • Establish sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching and performance management to ensure team success.
