Role Overview
- Seeking an experienced and results driven Head of Sales to lead ITHR's global revenue growth initiatives.
- Responsible for defining and executing sales strategy, driving enterprise customer acquisition, building strategic partnerships, and scaling a high performing sales organization.
- Ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with strong background in enterprise SaaS sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ITHR's global sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and strategic accounts.
- Identify new market opportunities, industry verticals, and revenue channels.
- Establish and manage sales forecasts, pipeline metrics, and performance reporting.
- Own and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
- Build relationships with senior decision makers, including C level executives.
- Lead complex enterprise sales engagements involving multiple stakeholders.
- Develop and implement account based sales strategies for key target accounts.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high performing sales team.
- Establish sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and performance management to ensure team success.
