Role Overview
This is a full-time senior leadership role responsible for originating, structuring, and managing real estate fund products.
The role focuses on commercial and income-generating real estate assets and supports the strategic growth of Yaqeen Capital.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate real estate investment opportunities, lead due diligence and financial analysis, and oversee fund performance.
- Manage reporting and compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Develop fund strategies with asset management, investment banking, and advisory teams.
- Optimize portfolios and support fundraising and investor relations activities.
- Mentor team members and improve investment processes.
Qualifications
- Strong finance and investment skills, including financial modeling, valuation, and portfolio management.
- Expertise in commercial real estate and broader real estate markets, with acquisition, development, or asset management experience.
- Proven ability to perform due diligence on real estate assets, counterparties, and market conditions.
- Extensive real estate fund management experience and knowledge of Saudi and regional regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- CFA certification is a plus. CME-4 is required if the candidate does not have CFA certification.
- At least 10 years of experience.
