Role Overview
Full-time Cyber Security Specialist role based in Riyadh.
Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving security across applications, networks, and information systems.
The role covers vulnerabilities, incidents, security controls, regulatory compliance, secure solutions, policies, and awareness activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategy and governance aligned with CMA, NCA, and Tadawul requirements.
- Establish cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including NCA ECC, CMA, and PDPL.
- Assess cybersecurity risks, perform threat modeling, and implement mitigation actions.
- Monitor KRIs and KPIs and report to executive management.
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training across the organization.
- Develop, test, and maintain incident response and business continuity plans.
- Manage and monitor firewalls, WAF, SIEM, EDR, DLP, and other cybersecurity controls.
- Oversee investigation, containment, and reporting of cybersecurity incidents.
- Maintain compliance with internal and external audits and liaise with auditors.
- Assess third-party, outsourcing, and cloud risks against CMA and Tadawul requirements.
- Report security posture, compliance status, and incidents and drive cybersecurity maturity improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent education.
- Understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- At least two years of relevant experience, including at least one year in the financial industry.
- Strong knowledge of NCA ECC, CMA, ISO 27001, NIST, and PDPL frameworks.
