Role Overview
PECTIV is seeking a growth-driven leader to drive ecommerce growth and the customer journey.
The role owns ecommerce growth strategy, retention, offers, conversion optimization, and online commercial performance across the UAE and KSA.
Qualifications
- Strong product strategy and product management skills for consumer products, including vision, positioning, and roadmap definition.
- Proficiency in product lifecycle management, concept development, go-to-market planning, and post-launch optimization.
- Analytical ability to interpret market research, financial metrics, and customer insights.
- Experience collaborating with sales and commercial teams on revenue growth, pricing strategies, and channel performance.
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Background in FMCG, personal care, healthcare, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required; a relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for articulating product plans and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own ecommerce growth strategy across the UAE and KSA.
- Lead retention, offers, and conversion optimization initiatives.
