- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Lead and mentor procurement and logistics teams to achieve operational goals
Requirements

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of OS&E to lead procurement, sourcing, inventory management, and operational readiness for hospitality and food & beverage operations.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in F&B, hospitality, catering procurement, or luxury hotel operations.
- Strong expertise in identifying, sourcing, and procuring high quality operating supplies and kitchen equipment.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze costs, and implement inventory control systems to optimize operational efficiency and reduce expenses.
- Excellent negotiation skills with experience in procurement, contract management, and vendor sourcing.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage large multicultural teams in fast paced, high pressure environments.
