Job Purpose
- Develop, evaluate, and direct consistent implementation of QatarEnergy LNG Offshore Operations Excellence (OE) programs and ensure sustainability and continuous improvement with focus on compression.
Key Job Accountabilities I
- Develop and implement operations excellence programs and process safety programs, driving sustainability and continuous improvement.
- Identify, design, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety in offshore operations.
- Align operational excellence initiatives with overall business objectives and transformation goals.
- Develop and implement the Mitigate Volume Threats (MVT) process.
- Ensure consistent implementation of the process safety program framework.
Key Job Accountabilities II
- Lead a core multidisciplinary team in developing Barrier Management processes.
- Serve as technical expert within Operations Groups for complex issues.
- Direct development of quality assurance and project planning measures.
- Develop and sustain all OE related programs/initiatives and monitor KPIs.
- Advise Operations Groups on OE related KPI targets and technical competency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
Knowledge and/or Experience I
- 11 years' experience in the oil and gas industry with solid understanding of OE functions.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in deployment of OE initiatives.
