Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and decision making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts effectively
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills

Job Summary
