Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger
- Record and classify financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other expenses or revenues
- Manage bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Assist in the development and preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitor budget utilization and provide variance analysis
- Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations
- Manage rent payment processes by receiving payments from tenants, issuing receipts, and updating records
- Process payments for invoices received and ensure timely payment to vendors and suppliers
- Maintain accurate records of bounced cheques and handle necessary updates or follow ups
- Keep comprehensive records of income and expenses
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Role Overview
