- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and client acquisition
- Lead and manage all digital marketing channels (Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, Affiliates/IBs)
- Optimize lead generation funnels and improve conversion rates
- Plan and manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI
- Build and oversee partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and introducing brokers (IBs)
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing within Forex / FX / CFD brokerage industry
- Proven experience in leading marketing teams and scaling campaigns
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, etc.)
- Experience with CRM tools, tracking systems, and analytics platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of trader behavior and acquisition strategies
- Existing network in affiliates/IB ecosystem is a strong advantage
