- Develop and implement overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead and develop the marketing function, ensuring successful delivery of all marketing initiatives
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive business growth, customer acquisition, and brand development
- Monitor marketing performance and provide strategic recommendations based on data and market insights
- Drive brand positioning and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Oversee development of marketing collateral, presentations, digital assets, photography, and video content
- Manage external agencies, creative partners, PR agencies, and production suppliers
- Lead digital marketing activity across social media, content, email marketing, website optimisation, and paid media
- Develop and execute PR and communications strategies, building media relationships
- Lead planning and execution of industry events, exhibitions, networking functions, and client hospitality
- Manage annual marketing budget and resource allocation, tracking effectiveness and ROI
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or senior marketing leadership role
- Experience in luxury lifestyle or related industry
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen
- Expertise in brand, digital, content, PR, events, and communications
- Ability to manage budgets and track ROI
