Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an IT infrastructure strategy aligned to the company's goals
- Oversee day to day IT operations across on premise and cloud based environments
- Lead and manage the IT operations team, setting policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the security team to implement robust security measures and data privacy controls
- Build and maintain relationships with key technology vendors and partners
- Lead large scale migration projects while keeping day to day operations running
- Drive DevOps adoption across the IT organization
- Provide leadership to the application development team
- Oversee design, procurement, installation, and maintenance of servers, storage, network, and cloud services
- Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Manage the IT infrastructure budget in line with financial targets
- Transition IT operations to managed services and hold partners accountable to SLAs
Requirements
- 10+ years in IT infrastructure, operations, or a related leadership role
- Hands on experience with SAP technologies and modules, including SAP HANA
- Proficiency across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or HP Greenlake) and hybrid/on prem environments
- Strong understanding of networking, server infrastructure, storage, and cloud services
- Experience managing DevOps pipelines and supporting application development lifecycles
- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem and enterprise platform integrations
- Solid grasp of IT security principles, data privacy, and regulatory compliance
- Experience managing vendors and third party managed service providers
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
