- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on people related matters

- Oversee hiring for sales, operations, dealing, compliance, finance, marketing, IT, and support functions
- Improve employer branding and candidate experience

- Develop and oversee KPI and appraisal systems
- Design competitive salary structures and incentive programs
- Conduct salary benchmarking
Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of extensive HR experience
- At least 5 years in a senior HR leadership position
- Previous experience in Forex, Financial Services, FinTech, or Brokerage is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa regulations
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory

- Drive succession planning and talent development.
Compensation & Benefits
- Design competitive salary structures and incentive programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking.
- Review annual salary increments and bonus recommendations.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs.
- Develop leadership development programs.
- Manage onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.
HR Operations
- Oversee payroll, leave management, attendance, HRIS, and employee records.
- Ensure HR processes are efficient and compliant.
- Monitor HR metrics and reporting.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- Manage employment contracts, visas, work permits, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, and government authorities where necessary.
