Role Overview
- Head of HR for Kaplan Professional MENA, based in Dubai, UAE.
- Strategic partner to business leadership, responsible for developing and leading the people agenda.
- Primary focus on KP MENA business; secondary focus on providing operational HR support to other Kaplan BUs in the region.
- Supports a growing employee population of more than 100 across the region.
What You'll Bring to the Role
- Proven experience in a HR leadership role, including driving culture, engagement, and people strategy within a multi site or regional context.
- Knowledge of MENA labour laws (including UAE and KSA) and experience in developing compliant regional HR policies.
- Strong understanding of organisational development, talent management, and change management.
- Expertise in fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to balance multiple strategic and operational priorities.
