Overview
- We are looking for a Growth Lead to drive growth and revenue for two digital platforms:
- **Industry & Export Directory**
- **CargoWeb**
- – a global logistics platform
- 🎯 Your Mission
- Lead growth directly by building a complete, results-driven ecosystem that converts users into measurable subscriptions and revenue.
- 🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage the full growth funnel (from acquisition to subscription)
- Acquire manufacturers and shipping/logistics companies
- Attract qualified international buyers
- Manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and others)
- Optimize conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Design and launch sellable marketing packages
- Ensure professional execution and delivery of these packages
- Build and manage an internal growth team
- 🧠 Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B, SaaS, or Marketplace businesses
- Strong track record with measurable results (Leads, Revenue, CAC, etc.)
- Solid expertise in Performance Marketing
- Deep understanding of funnels and conversion optimization
- Ability to design pricing models and marketing products
