About the Role
LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is seeking a Head of Financial Controlling for the EMEA region, based in Dubai. This director-level role leads the financial controlling function, driving strategic analysis, reporting, and business partnership for MAKE UP FOR EVER.

Responsibilities
- Lead the financial controlling function, driving rigorous financial analysis, reporting, and strategic insights for the EMEA region
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager on strategic vision and provide critical financial analysis for commercial agreements
- Assess organizational performance against budget and long term strategy, and develop tools for actionable recommendations
- Lead financial aspects of business transformation initiatives and new business opportunities
- Drive holistic financial understanding of the EMEA region, encompassing P&L and Balance Sheet/Cash
- Lead and coordinate the preparation of comprehensive financial plans, business activity reports, and annual budgets
- Oversee end to end financial controlling process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment
- Identify and implement opportunities to strengthen financial controlling practices across EMEA
- Review and challenge existing cost structures, identify optimization opportunities
- Lead the Finance Controlling team in preparing detailed financial reporting packages with qualitative commentary
- Prepare and present budget exercises, business reviews, and board meeting materials for C level executives
- Lead and develop a strong Finance Controlling team based in Paris, Dubai and Saudi Arabia
Requirements
- Master’s degree in finance & controlling
- Minimum of 10 years of successful professional experience in finance and controlling
- Previous experience in the Middle East and/or the Cosmetics / Luxury industry is a strong advantage
- Very proficient user of the MS Office package
- Fluent in English and French
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and transparency across diverse teams
- Meticulous, detail oriented and well organized
- Proficient knowledge of financial statements; experience in ERP and other finance reporting tools is appreciated

- This is a newly created position based in Dubai, reporting to the EMEA General Manager.
Your Mission
- Lead the financial controlling function, driving rigorous financial analysis, reporting, and strategic insights.

Your Profile
- Master’s degree in finance & controlling.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in finance and controlling.
- Previous experience in the Middle East and/or Cosmetics/Luxury industry is a strong advantage.
- Very proficient user of MS Office package.
- Fluent in English and French; Arabic is a significant advantage but not compulsory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
