About the Role
LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Middle East is seeking a Treasury and Credit Management Intern to support daily cash positioning, bank reconciliation, credit reporting, and month-end activities.

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily cash positioning and bank reconciliation
- Prepare weekly credit reports highlighting overdues and risk exposure
- Track credit card applications, cancellations, and credit limit requirements
- Take minutes and follow up post Weekly AR Meetings with the brands
- Ensure compliance with treasury & credit management policies and internal controls
- Maintain documentation for audits and internal reviews
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and process improvements
- Extract and consolidate required reports from local ERP and LVMH systems for month end
- Support preparation of Cash Flow Forecasting and Treasury reports
- Support corporate card reports and collect information for DSO Calculation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (often preferred)
- Organized and detail oriented, able to multitask by managing deadlines
- Dynamic and proactive personality with strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Must be fluent in English

- LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Middle East manages 9 brands including Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Make Up for Ever, Givenchy, Kenzo, Loewe, Acqua Di Parma, Benefit Cosmetics and Maison Francis Kurkdjain.
- The division oversees 47 countries in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and India.
Mission
- Support Treasury and Credit Management Team with critical day to day operational tasks along with month end reporting.
Main Responsibilities Operation Day to Day Activities
- Assisting with daily cash positioning and bank reconciliation.
- Preparing weekly credit reports highlighting overdues and risk exposure.
- Tracking credit card applications, cancellations, credit limit requirements.
- Minutes and follow up post Weekly AR Meetings with the brands.
- Ensuring compliance with treasury & credit management policies and internal controls.

Profile
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is often preferred.
