- Develop and deliver the organisation's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Build and implement finance policies, procedures, governance frameworks and internal controls for a newly established entity
- Provide strategic financial advice and commercial insight to the executive leadership team
- Lead continuous improvement across finance operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability and best practice
- Lead the annual budgeting process together with rolling forecasts and long term financial planning
- Produce robust financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Deliver insightful variance analysis, identifying trends, risks and opportunities while recommending corrective actions
- Manage treasury activities including liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting and working capital optimisation
- Partner closely with operational and commercial leaders, providing financial analysis to support key business decisions
- Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity and compliance with applicable accounting standards
- Develop robust financial reporting frameworks that deliver timely, meaningful management information
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure the integrity of financial data across the organisation
Requirements
- Experience as a commercially minded Head of Finance or similar senior finance role
- Proven ability to build finance operating models and implement financial controls
- Strong strategic financial planning and analysis skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial planning
- Knowledge of treasury management and cash flow optimization
- Experience with ERP systems and finance transformation

- Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for senior management and key stakeholders.
