- UAE National
- Experience as a Finance Director or similar senior finance role
- Strong knowledge of financial governance, internal controls, and risk management
- Experience in accounting, treasury, payroll, budgeting, and fixed assets
- Ability to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis

Overview
- Mark Williams are currently recruiting for a Finance Director (UAE National) for a market leading Semi Government company based in Dubai.
- The Finance Director will be key member of the team and will drive the business forward.
The Role
- Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
- Oversee compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and audit requirements.
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and asset protection measures.
