About the Role

- Define and elevate the creative standard across Disrupt’s portfolio of ventures
- Lead the development and evolution of visual identity systems, digital experiences, and creative storytelling frameworks
- Direct the creative vision behind websites, landing pages, motion content, campaigns, and brand experiences
- Harness AI, automation, and emerging creative technologies to accelerate execution
- Build and mentor a high performing team of art directors, visual designers, interface designers, and creative specialists
- Partner closely with founders, product leaders, GTM teams, and storytellers to embed creative strategy into venture building
Requirements
- 12+ years leading world class digital creative work across agencies, venture studios, technology companies, or global brands
- Experience building and scaling creative standards across multiple brands simultaneously
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams spanning brand design, visual design, web design, motion, and creative direction
- Strong understanding of modern web experiences, digital storytelling, and conversion focused creative
- Deep familiarity with AI native creative workflows, including image generation, motion tools, creative agents, and automation platforms

The Role
- We’re looking for a Head of Design (UX/UI) to architect, lead, and evolve the way design operates across Disrupt’s ecosystem of ventures.
- This is a venture native, AI first leadership position where design equals strategy, execution, and unfair advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and elevate the creative standard across Disrupt’s portfolio of ventures, ensuring every brand, website, campaign, and customer touchpoint reflects world class craft and distinctiveness.
- Lead the development and evolution of visual identity systems, digital experiences, and creative storytelling frameworks that enable ventures to launch quickly while building memorable and differentiated brands.
- Direct the creative vision behind websites, landing pages, motion content, campaigns, and brand experiences, ensuring they are both aesthetically exceptional and commercially effective.
- Harness AI, automation, and emerging creative technologies to accelerate execution, expand creative possibilities, and increase the impact of the creative function without compromising quality.
- Build and mentor a high performing team of art directors, visual designers, interface designers, and creative specialists, creating a culture centered on excellence, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with founders, product leaders, GTM teams, and storytellers to ensure creative strategy is embedded into every stage of venture building, from concept and launch to scale.
What We’re Looking For Must Have Experience
- 12+ years leading world class digital creative work across agencies, venture studios, technology companies, or global brands.
- Experience building and scaling creative standards across multiple brands simultaneously.
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams spanning brand design, visual design, web design, motion, and creative direction.
