- Implement the National Curriculum of England and Wales
- Participate in the KED program as a personal coach, subject teacher, general teacher, and team member

Requirements
- Experience as a Head of Creative Arts or similar leadership role in a school
- Familiarity with the National Curriculum of England and Wales
- Experience teaching students who speak English as a second language
- Willingness to participate in the KED personalized learning program
- Male gender requirement (school policy)

KED Program Responsibilities
- Teachers are expected to be part of the KED program in the school.
- The key to personalized learning, where the teacher helps the student to set goals and develop successful learning strategies for all schoolwork.
- In the KED Program, the teacher has four major roles: being a personal coach to support each student's progress, a subject teacher who is an expert in a certain subject, a general teacher who provides support to all students in the school, and a team member in the local and global networks of teache
- Professional development of teachers is a major focus of the KED Program.
