Role Overview

  • VICE PRINCIPAL PASTORAL JEDDAH SAUDI ARABIA AUGUST 2026
  • BOYS CAMPUS GRADE 4 12
  • MUST BE FEMALE. For a well established international school in Jeddah offering American and British curriculum pathways from early years through secondary levels.
  • The school operates across separate campuses for boys and girls, with distinct facilities such as a KG school, boys school, and a primary & girls school, providing structured and gender appropriate learning environments.
  • With a focus on academic excellence, values based education, and strong cultural identity, the school creates a supportive environment where students are encouraged to achieve their full potential while developing confidence, responsibility, and global awareness within a diverse international commun
  • For this role, the campus is an all boys school following the British curriculum, with an American pathway introduced from Grade 9 onwards.

Candidate Requirements

  • Have strong leadership experience in international schools
  • Possess relevant experience within Saudi Arabia or the GCC/Middle East region
  • Demonstrate strong student management and pastoral leadership skills
  • Have experience with international curricula, accreditation standards, and school improvement initiatives
  • Are capable of leading diverse teams while maintaining high academic and behavioural standards
  • Strong experience in student wellbeing, behaviour management, safeguarding, and pastoral care
  • Experience supporting students across upper primary and secondary levels
  • Ability to work closely with academic leadership to support student achievement and welfare

Salary, Allowances & Benefits

  • Basic salary range = SAR 17000 20000
  • Accommodation allowance 25% of the basic salary
  • Transportation allowance 10% of the basic salary
  • Medical insurance for employee and family members.
  • Round trip air ticket for employee only
  • Tuition fees discount at AGS (50% for first child + 25% for the rest of children)

About the School

  • This school caters for over 2000 students from KG to Grade 12, who are mostly Saudi Arabian and other Arab expatriate nationalities.
  • It is not a typical western expatriate school. It is more of a bilingual school with a strong Islamic ethos.
