About the role

DemaDose is building a B2B SaaS platform that lets business owners generate mobile applications without coding.

The Head of Content Intern will help plan, create, test, and improve content across the company's social media channels.

The internship is execution-heavy and offers ownership, mentorship, portfolio work, and collaboration with the founding team.

Content responsibilities

  • Help develop content strategy and pillars, research trends and competitors, and identify content opportunities.
  • Generate content ideas and recurring series, and write hooks, scripts, captions, and short-form content.
  • Plan weekly and monthly content calendars and coordinate short-form video production.
  • Work with designers, editors, and other team members to execute content.

Testing and growth

  • Test hooks, formats, and messaging to improve content performance.
  • Monitor performance, identify what works, and suggest improvements to reach, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Support product launches and marketing campaigns and maintain a consistent brand voice.

Channels and work arrangement

  • Content work covers LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
  • The internship is fully remote with flexible hours.

Required qualifications

  • Understand social media platforms and have a strong interest in content and marketing.
  • Have basic social media content creation experience and basic video editing skills.
  • Understand content planning and social media analytics.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Commit consistently to 10–20 hours per week.

Internship structure

  • Unpaid internship with a three-month duration.
  • High performers may be considered for long-term opportunities, and potential leadership opportunities may become available as the company grows.
