- Own and help build our YouTube strategy (our biggest focus)
- Scale the personal brand of Viktor Møller and the online presence of VIKST Marketing
- Develop and execute a content strategy across YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant channels
- Create video concepts, content series, and growth initiatives
- Write scripts for YouTube videos, Instagram content, VSLs, ads, and other marketing assets
- Build content systems that can scale
- Develop hooks, angles, offers, messaging frameworks, and creative concepts
- Work closely with Viktor on positioning, branding, and content direction
- Stay on top of trends, AI tools, new content formats, and platform changes
- Help turn content into leads, authority, and customers
- Coordinate with the team on lead magnets, funnels, landing pages, and marketing initiatives
- Extract knowledge from internal team members and turn it into valuable content
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Experience with content strategy, copywriting, scripting, marketing, branding, or a related field
- Deep interest in YouTube, content, business, and growth
- Experience with cameras, content production, or creative projects is a plus

Role Overview
- Head of Content (full time) to help build the personal brand of Viktor Moller and scale the online presence of VIKST Marketing.
- This is not a typical content role; we need someone who deeply understands marketing, psychology, storytelling, positioning, and content strategy.

Requirements
