Overview
We are looking for a Content Director who will help build the personal brand around Viktor Möller @viktorr (within eCommerce growth) and at the same time lift @vikstmarketing online.
This is not a "normal" content role.
It's for someone who understands marketing, psychology, and content - and can translate it into ideas, scripts, and content that creates real growth.
The role is remote, with occasional travel to Marbella and Dubai.
What You Will Do
- Have primary responsibility for YouTube (long-form) - this is our main focus
- Develop and execute a clear content strategy for both @viktorr & @vikstmarketing
- Scripted YouTube videos and short-form content (Instagram)
- Edit content with a focus on hooks, retention and performance
- Eje content systemet: id -> script -> edit -> publish
- Come up with new concepts, angles and ideas
- Stay on top of trends and what's working right now
- Work closely with Viktor on positioning and messaging
- Coordinate with the team regarding funnels, lead magnets and how content creates customers
