What you can expect
- Develop, review, and propose the RTC evolution in MENA partner markets with key stakeholders.
- Set annual strategic priorities with distributors aligned to growth ambitions and market opportunities.
- Lead the development and execution of annual market, portfolio, and channel plans to achieve KPIs.
- Manage rolling forecasts, monitor distributor performance, and partner to achieve annual objectives.
- Lead negotiation of distributor contracts and establish terms that promote sustainable growth.
- Provide leadership, direction, and personal development for the direct team and distributor-dedicated teams.
- Develop consistent investment plans across markets and trade channels and optimize them using ROI criteria.
- Monitor distributor net sales, margins, trade spending, and value-chain performance with the Finance partner.
- Track brand performance and KPIs and recommend changes to P&L projections or strategic direction.
- Build reporting systems and provide regular updates on trade channels and competitive activities.
- Establish ways of working with distributors and manage internal reporting requirements.
- Update leadership on market, portfolio, channel, and promotional developments and support rolling forecasting and IBP.
What you bring to the table
- Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a direct team and influence the organization.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple markets and projects through completion by specific deadlines.
- Strategic vision and thinking with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Ability to build and foster strong internal and external relationships with strong stakeholder awareness.
- Excellent analytical skills and commercially informed, solution-focused problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Superior communication skills, including influencing, listening, presentations, and written communication.
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
- People management experience.
Preferred expertise
- Premium FMCG or beverage expertise is preferred.
- RTM or RTC transformation experience is preferred.
- Cross-functional acumen is preferred.
- Advanced S&OP or IBP knowledge is preferred.
Employment term
- The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
