- Drive growth and development of trading operations for cement and related products (clinker, gypsum, slag, fly ash)
- Build and maintain global relationships with cement suppliers and customers, focusing on LATAM, Africa, and Asia
- Conduct in depth market analysis to stay ahead of trends and pricing strategies
- Lead negotiations for procurement and sales, ensuring favorable terms while managing regulatory requirements
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with trading activities to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
Requirements
- 10 15 years of experience in cement or related commodity trading
- Proven ability to set up and lead a global trading team
- Strong global relationships with cement suppliers and customers, ideally in LATAM, Africa, and Asia
- In depth knowledge of cement market trends, supply demand shifts, and pricing strategies
- Experience in leading negotiations and managing regional complexities

- Seeking an experienced cement trader to set up and run a global cementitious products trading team from Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the growth and development of trading operations, focusing on cement and related products such as clinker, gypsum, slag, fly ash.
