Responsibilities
- Lead end to end business development and sales for the UAE market, from initial prospecting through to deal closure
- Identify and prospect target developers, landlords, asset owners, and master planners
- Set and lead meetings with senior stakeholders and key decision makers
- Conduct effective discovery to understand client challenges and objectives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring buildings are positioned to meet modern occupier needs
- Collaborate closely with Client Success, Operations, and Marketing teams
- Share market insight to inform regional strategy and global initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of direct revenue generating role with track record of delivering results
- Professional fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong experience within the UAE real estate market with established senior network
- Experience working with industry associations and local government
- Demonstrated success as a hunter, comfortable with high levels of prospecting and deal ownership
- Executive presence and ability to represent company with senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of property market dynamics
- Highly independent, self motivated, and comfortable operating with autonomy

Key Attributes
