Responsibilities
- Lead end to end business development and sales for UAE market from prospecting to deal closure
- Identify and prospect target developers, landlords, asset owners, and master planners
- Set and lead meetings with senior stakeholders and key decision makers
- Conduct effective discovery to understand client challenges and objectives
- Serve as trusted advisor to clients, helping position buildings for modern occupier needs
- Collaborate with Client Success, Operations, and Marketing teams
- Share market insight to inform regional strategy and global initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of direct revenue generating role with track record of results
- Must speak Arabic and English to professional level
- Strong experience within UAE real estate market with established senior network
- Experience working with industry associations and local government
- Demonstrated success as a hunter, comfortable with high levels of prospecting
- Executive presence and ability to represent company with senior stakeholders
