  • UCS (Unified Credit Solutions) is a leading B2B credit management group specialising in Business Information Services, Debt Collection Services, Receivables Management Services and Para Legal Services with presence in 21 countries.
  • UCS is looking for a dynamic candidate and result oriented leader who will be responsible for marketing and promotion of company’s products/services all across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth across debt collection, receivables management, credit reports, and business intelligence services.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to expand domestic and international business.
  • Identify and acquire new enterprise clients across insurance, banking and corporate sectors.
  • Develop new markets, strategic alliances, and revenue opportunities.
  • Manage key national and international accounts and maintain long term client relationships.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and account profitability.
  • Conduct regular client reviews, resolve escalations, and identify cross selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Lead end to end onboarding and transition of new client accounts.
  • Drive sales of proprietary credit reports, business reports, and risk intelligence solutions.
  • Develop partnerships for sourcing, trading, and distribution of business reports.
  • Promote subscription based and recurring revenue models.
  • Develop marketing strategies and promotional initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and lead generation.

Experience & Qualifications

  • MBA in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field, from a premium institute
  • 18–20 years of overall experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic account management. Min 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience in debt collection, insurance, banking, credit intelligence, business information, or financial services preferred.
  • Proven experience handling domestic and international accounts.
