Role Overview

  • The Head of Brand & Growth is the senior marketing leader responsible for translating Tabrah Holding’s vision into a structured, high-performing marketing system across all brands.
  • This role sits between the founders and the internal team, ensuring that all marketing activity is:
  • Strategically aligned
  • Operationally structured
  • Creatively strong
  • Commercially effective
  • The role does not replace the current creative function.
  • Instead, it organizes, leads, and elevates it, ensuring that brand expression and business performance are tightly connected.

  • .Role Purpose
  • To build and lead a scalable marketing system that:
  • Drives measurable growth across all brands
  • Maintains strong and differentiated brand identities
  • Connects customers across the Tabrah ecosystem
  • Reduces founders’ involvement in day-to-day marketing operations

3.Reporting Structure

Reports to:

Leads

  • Creative Director

• Graphic Designer (part-time)

  • External agencies / freelancers (performance, production, etc.)

A. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies across all brands
  • Translate business objectives into clear marketing plans and priorities
  • Build and maintain a structured marketing calendar (campaigns, activations, launches)
  • Align marketing plans with seasonality, openings, and commercial targets

B. Campaign Leadership & Execution System

  • Establish a clear campaign workflow:
  • Brief → Concept → Approval → Execution → Reporting
  • Ensure every campaign starts with a structured brief and defined objectives
  • Oversee campaign rollout across digital, in-store, and experiential touchpoints
  • Lead or co-lead major campaigns, launches, and activations

C. Performance & Growth Management

  • Define and track key performance metrics across all brands
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend effectively
  • Oversee performance marketing (in-house or external)
  • Ensure marketing activity drives:
  • Footfall
  • Revenue
  • Membership growth
  • Customer retention

D. Brand & Ecosystem Management

  • Ensure each brand maintains a strong and distinct identity
  • Align all marketing output with brand positioning and tone of voice
  • Build cross-brand initiatives across Tabrah ecosystem
  • (e.g., Velo → Run of the Mill → Neighborhood)
  • Identify opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, and brand extensions

E. Team Leadership & Workflow Management

  • Lead and structure the current marketing team
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and expectations clearly
  • Improve workflow, communication, and accountability
  • Support and guide the Creative Director without replacing their role
  • Identify capability gaps and hiring needs over time

F. Reporting & Decision-Making

  • Build a simple, consistent marketing reporting system
  • Submit monthly performance reports to management
  • Provide clear recommendations based on data and insights
  • Ensure all decisions are backed by both:
  • Brand understanding
  • Commercial impact

  • A business development manager
  • A replacement for the founders’ vision
  • This role is a leader, operator, and system builder.

Educational Background

Bachelors Degree in Marketing or similar

Experiences

  • 5–8+ years in marketing within lifestyle, F&B, fitness, or hospitality
  • Experience in multi-brand or multi-location businesses
  • Proven experience owning marketing strategy and execution
  • Experience managing small teams in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills such as Arabic, Spanish, French and etc., are considered an advantage.
