Confidential Company seeks an experienced Head Florist / Floral Designer to lead the retail florist team, develop seasonal collections, and ensure brand consistency. - Stay up to date with global trends and propose innovative design ideas
- Prepare seasonal and special occasion flower arrangements and bouquet collections
- Analyze popularity of current floral designs based on order trends and customer feedback
- Participate in development of packaging, labels, cards, and branded materials
- Provide support to marketing team in preparing promotional campaigns
- Manage the Retail florist team performance, schedule, tasks distribution
- Communicate with clients to understand preferences and provide expert recommendations
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, and Florist team for project execution
- Develop and maintain showroom displays
- Select and order flowers, accessories, and materials
- Conduct scheduled training and educational sessions for florists
