We are looking for Rockstar candidates to join the team and be a part of the fastest growing Healthcare Startup of India.

• It's a core leadership role, working with Heads of Departments. - Lead a team of Campaign Managers, Community Managers and Content Creators ~10 member team - Lead the strategy for CRM across our family of products - Own overall Plan, Execution of CRM Campaigns (Promotional, Triggered, Product led) through team - Product Manage Tech Integrations, Develop and Maintain Customer Segmentation and Product Workflows for maximum customer engagement / other goals - Own the entire Community Marketing Charter for the company

5+ years direct experience in setting up / scale CRM systems.

An ability to manage entire CRM at a scale of 100K-1Mn users.

Sharp Insights for engagement / retention.

Prior ECommerce, B2B Saas Experience a plus.
