Backend Developer

1. Technically hands-on with experience in developing backend systems

2. Strong knowledge of sql and nosql databases like Mysql and Mongo

3. Having command over stack involving Python/flask or Java/Spring boot.

4. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

5. Experience continuous integration.

6. Strong debugging skills and effective logging for the live system monitoring.

7. Have been part of the whole development cycle, from design to deployment.

8. Experience in building analytics tools is a plus.
