Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Head Chef to lead our culinary operations. Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 5 years of progressive experience in senior culinary leadership roles within luxury lifestyle hotels or high end, concept driven restaurants.
- Proven expertise in international cuisine, with the ability to reinterpret global flavors through a contemporary, locally inspired lens.
- Demonstrated passion for innovation, experimentation, and storytelling through food, creating unique dining experiences that reflect the destination’s culture and Andaz’s distinctive style.
- Strong, hands on leadership approach with the ability to inspire, mentor, and empower a diverse culinary team while fostering a collaborative and creative kitchen environment.
- Deep understanding of food safety standards, HACCP, and efficient kitchen operations, balanced with a focus on quality, sustainability, and responsible sourcing.
- Exceptional communication, adaptability, and problem solving skills, with a natural flair for creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment, consistently delivering high quality, innovative culinary offerings while embracing change and new ideas.
