Role Overview
Oversee kitchen operations and the consistent delivery of high-quality food.
The role is assigned to Dubai South.
Kitchen Leadership
- Lead, train, and develop the kitchen team.
- Maintain a positive and professional kitchen work environment.
- Schedule kitchen staff and oversee productivity and performance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of kitchen team members.
Food and Menu Management
- Plan menus, recipes, and food presentations according to the restaurant concept and standards.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency across dishes.
- Collaborate with restaurant management on menu development, promotions, and special events.
Cost, Inventory, and Suppliers
- Manage food cost, inventory, purchasing, and waste control to achieve budget targets.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock levels for uninterrupted operations.
