- Handle all cash transactions
- Receive payments by cash, credit card, etc.
- Keep the store tidy and clean
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
- Minimize time and improve quality when taking customer orders
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Friendly and engaging personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Well organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask
- Ability to make customer oriented and cost effective decisions and take responsibility
- Language requirements: English, Hindi, Malayalam
