Key Responsibilities
- Supervise front office / outlet cashier operations
- Handle guest billing, POS transactions, and payment settlements
- Manage cash, card, and digital payments accurately
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and shift closing
- Monitor refunds, voids, discounts, and petty cash
- Coordinate with front office, F&B, and accounts teams
- Prepare daily sales and cash reports
- Ensure smooth guest service and resolve billing concerns
- Maintain compliance with hotel cash handling policies
