Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide waiters and service staff during operations
- Ensure smooth and efficient table service
- Take orders and assist guests with menu selection
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service

Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in restaurant / hotel industry
- Experience in fine dining or 4/5-star hotel preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Well-groomed and presentable personality
