Position Summary
Prepare drink orders, serve wine and champagne, maintain bar operations, manage supplies, process payments, and complete closing duties.
Provide attentive guest service while following company, safety, security, cleanliness, and quality standards.
Schedule and Position Details
- The position is full time.
- The role is located at Conference Centre Street, Doha, Qatar.
- The position is classified as non-management in the source posting.
Bar Operations
- Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes using measuring systems.
- Open and serve wine and champagne bottles.
- Set up and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and tools.
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks.
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies and transport supplies to the bar setup area.
- Wash soiled glassware and remove soiled wares from the bar and tables.
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
- Secure liquor, beer, wine, cooler, cabinet, and storage areas.
- Complete closing duties.
