WE’RE HIRING, HEAD BARISTA!
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to lead our coffee team and maintain the highest standards of coffee quality and service.
The ideal candidate has strong specialty coffee knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to train and motivate a barista team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and train the barista team
- Maintain consistent coffee quality and presentation
- Set and monitor espresso recipes and brewing standards
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of coffee equipment
- Manage daily bar operations, cleanliness, and workflow
- Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage
- Support the development of new coffee beverages
- Deliver an excellent customer experience
- Maintain high standards during busy service periods
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Barista, Senior Barista, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of espresso, milk steaming, latte art, and brewing methods
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Strong attention to quality, consistency, and detail
- Professional, positive, and hands-on approach
Pay: AED1,726.98 - AED4,147.37 per month
